My journey into health, fitness and general well-being started when I was 8 years old. I started with Gymnastics before developing other interests such as Olympic Wrestling, Combat Sports, Football and Golf to name a few. I was totally obsessed with training and being better at my sports.
At the age of 16 I decided to take Golf up as a career and stop focusing on other sports. I trained to become a professional caddy at 16 years of age and went to a Elmwood College in Scotland to study professional caddying. At 17 years of age, I went onto pursue my golf career. I moved to Preston and attended Myerscough College for 2 years and it was after this when I discovered Golf was not for me and I decided to venture down a new avenue in my life. 10 years on and I have travelled the world building a successful Personal training business along the way.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with athletes In England, Europe, South America and South East Asia! I have truly found my passion and I am fully committed to passing my knowledge of health and well-being onto others.
This is my life and I love it!
