Recently, we worked with the sales team for a major telecom company. The Challenge: Management felt the team could use a bit of a “pick-me-up” after weeks of #ShelterAtHome isolation and web meetings. The Solution: We arranged for a very well-known national media celebrity to make a surprise guest appearance in one of their meetings. We call it Surprise & Delight!

Based on the reaction of the team and feedback from management, the surprise drop-in was a hit! When COVID-19 Disrupts, Disrupt Back! Businesses Need To Prioritize Their Employees Now More Than Ever

We hope everyone is safe and doing your best to practice #SocialDistancing etiquette. What a time… there’s so much on our minds right now, including the health and safety of our loved ones and the impact on our businesses and livelihood. By now, it’s reasonable to conclude that the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, and its impact, isn’t going away anytime soon. Entire business models across the globe have been disrupted, and although many employees are now following #ShelterAtHome orders, that doesn’t mean businesses have to “shelter” too. On the contrary, disrupt right back!

One of the ways we’re helping our clients “disrupt back” during this global pandemic is by working with their teams.
