Bali 2020 Itinerary


Join us in paradise for 7 days and 6 nights in Bali!

We have two trip dates to choose from.


Saturday January 25 or February 1

Welcome to day one of paradise!
You’ll arrive Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar (DPS) in the morning where you’ll find a friendly face holding a MW Experiences Health & Wellness welcome sign.
Fresh off your flight, after you’ve had some time to settle in at one of Seminyak’s boutique hotels, the team will take you through a Welcome Briefing where you’ll meet your new best friends, including the MWE team. No rest for the wicked, you’ll then choose from Deep Flow Yoga with our specialist team yogi - Alison on the stunning hotel rooftop or head to our partner gym (the best and biggest in Bali) for the Saturday Smasher workout with our specialist trainer Paul to get our jet lagged bodies into gear. Later in the evening, we’ll all come together and celebrate with a sunset dinner and a Welcome Reception at one of Bali’s most exciting beachside restaurants. Here's to what's going to be an awesome 7 days!


Sunday January 26 or February 2

Start the day right with sunrise rooftop yoga with Alison or have a sleep in (we won’t tell). After breakfast the MWE team will take you on a special day trip on a spiritual, fun and cultural adventure including Ecstatic Dance at a premier Yoga resort and Spa in Canggu where you’ll also enjoy some free time to explore. Then debrief on your spiritual awakening over a team dinner. Then finish the day however you would like…see you at the bar!



Monday January 27 or February 3

Continue on the great momentum of yesterday, choose from sunrise rooftop yoga with Ali or Body Weight Conditioning at our partner gym with Paul. After breakfast explore Seminyak “where beach days never end” and where shopping is heaven with some of the islands best boutiques and design clothes - don’t know where to go? We’ve got you covered with our specially curated little black book of the best of best of Seminyak! Have we got a treat for you for lunch at one of our favourite restaurants! Followed by a pamper treatment of your choice from a special selection at THE trendiest Spas in Bali, you will not be disappointed as you float out of the Spa to dinner and ready for another great night.


Tuesday January 28 or February 4

Kick it up a gear on day 4 with Crossfit with Paul at our partner gym. After breakfast we’ll take you to the Holistic Healing Mecca that is Ubud and check you into another gem of a hotel. Put down your Eat Prey Love book and kick it up another gear with Power Yoga with Alison. As a reward for an awesome couple of sessions we’ll treat you to a very special VIP experience, that will have you melting in a magical setting. We’ll then help you take that heightened bliss to another level with a dinner to remember.



Wednesday January 29 or February 5

Enjoy a well deserved sleep in and breakfast before we take a speed boat to Nusa Lembongan’s pristine perfect beaches where we will snorkel in 3 of Nusa Lembongan’s best snorkelling locations. Then time out for some lunch before a VIP experience tour of beautiful, insta-heaven sites. After dinner, if you’re missing your daily yoga fix, Alison will be on standby for some sunset yoga before you enjoy some free time.


Thursday January 30 or February 6

What better way to start the day off than with the perfect sunrise view over the horizon. Today we will be hiking up Mt. Batur, we’ll aim to reach the top, just in time to catch the best seats in the house for an awesome sunrise! Continue to enjoy the perfect views over breakfast. Even though the sunrise views were reward enough for the hiking workout, we have another treat for you and any aching bodies with soothing hot springs. After lunch we’ll then head back to Seminyak where you’ll get to choose from a Core Killer Class with Alina at our partner gym or Vinyasa Yoga with Alison before dinner and sadly our last night on the town.



Friday January 31 or February 7

Sleep off the joys of the night before or enjoy our last Bali sunrise with Sunrise Yin Yoga with Alison. After breakfast and check out, we’ll all head to Sanur for our final time on the beach together in paradise. After some free time and good bye tears we’ll enjoy lunch with stunning views of the east Bali coast line mount Agung and Nusa Penida. We’ll finish our best self action with some beach training with Paul and then with a beach team battle with Alina. We’ll enjoy our last free time and dinner together as we look back on the past week and never forget the memories and amazing moments we’ve made together! Now friends, where to next?!
